* Powerful search: A number of powerful search forms allows the provider to immediately locate a patient's records by name, date, timeslot, free-text search and more.

* Automated Patient Questionnaire: The Automated Patient Questionnaire allows patients to complete much of their initial registration and actual encounter information in advance of their arrival at the practice. The patient receives, via email, a unique password which permits access to the Automated Patient Questionnaire website. The patient arrives at the practice with much of the paperwork drudgery already completed. This is an optional MedicsDocAssistant feature.
